Privacy Policy

How this static publication, affiliate links, and optional analytics hooks relate to visitor data.

Updated October 27, 2026

Outbound Systems Lab is distributed as a static website. At launch, its public pages have no account registration, comments, newsletter signup, forms, or payment processing. The agency cost calculator runs entirely in your browser and does not submit or save the numeric values you enter.

Hosting logs

The infrastructure operator that hosts the site may process basic technical request information, such as IP address, user agent, requested pages and timestamps, for hosting, availability, abuse prevention and diagnostics. Retention and geographic processing depend on the operator's deployment configuration and policies.

Affiliate destinations

When you choose a PlusVibe or Instantly referral link, you leave this site and visit a third-party destination. Those partners may use tracking and collect information under their own privacy policies and terms. We do not receive or control all data collected on those websites.

Analytics readiness

The website emits a local JavaScript event on affiliate-link clicks and can pass non-personal click metadata to a data layer if the publisher subsequently configures one. No external analytics service is installed by this initial static package. If one is added later, this notice should be revised and any required consent mechanisms should be implemented first.

Cookies and browser storage

The site does not set advertising cookies. To prevent repeated interruptions, its affiliate-offer dialog uses sessionStorage to record that an offer was displayed during your current browsing session. This browser-only flag is not an identifying profile and is not submitted to this site. Hosting or future analytics services may use other storage, which would require this policy to be revisited.

Managing privacy matters

For information you submit to a linked software vendor, use that vendor's published privacy and data-rights channels. This static publication does not collect contact-form submissions or maintain individual user accounts. For privacy requests about data collected by a linked service, use that provider’s published contact channel.

This notice describes the initial static package as of October 27, 2026. It is not a substitute for an operator-specific legal review.
